Godaime (五代目) is a Maze Soba restaurant that is self-developed by Japan Foods Holding. Maze Soba is a type of dry ramen that focuses on its sauce and ingredients mixed together with chewy noodles for an overall satisfying mouthfeel. Maze Soba originates from Nagoya, Japan. Through several months of R&D, we came up with a range of Maze Soba, Maze Donburi and ramen that is specially catered to customers that love Maze Soba! To cater to all customers, we came up with the idea to make it no pork no lard!
